ISCOS is a co-operative for ex-offenders providing aftercare services to help in their reintegration into society.

Since our founding in 1989 as initiated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, we have helped thousands of our members through various programmes and initiatives. As a self-funding co-op with a membership base of more than 10,000, we are passionate to bring about the positive change to help ex-offenders in their journey towards a better life.
