Ms Freda Tham, Executive Director (Investment)
Ms Tham joined ISCOS in 2006 and currently handles investment, sponsorship and business aspects of the Co-operative. Her role involves strengthening marketing collaborations with corporate organisations and community partners to sustain the rehabilitation and aftercare activities in ISCOS.

Mdm Phang Seok Sieng, Executive Director (Development)
Madam Phang was appointed as the new E.D. (Development) on 25 April 2011, after serving with the Singapore Prison Service for more than 25 years, where she last held the position of Director (Rehabilitation & Reintegration Division). She currently spearheads the Member Services Division and oversees the administration, finance and human resource functions of ISCOS.

Ms Lisa Cheong manages the Admin & HR Department while Mr Elvis Overee serves as Member Services Manager.
