As the saying goes, "It takes a village to raise a child". Similarly for ex-offenders, it takes a community to support them in their efforts to be better citizens.

Friends of ISCOS (FOI)
FOI is sponsorship drive that aims to solicit donations of at least $5,000 each from generous companies and individuals. Funds generated through FOI will be used in support of programmes for members and their families so they can have better chances in life.
