Corporate Doors

Employers play a significant role in providing second chances to ex-offenders. We have seen success stories of ISCOS members whose lives were transformed because employers gave them the opportunity to earn a decent living. Thus, we engage employers from various sectors to hire at least one ISCOS member through an initiative called ‘Corporate Doors”.

We believe that this small but very significant step could help to remove the stigma towards ex-offenders. It is our hope that more and more companies will have a better understanding that our members have turned over a new leaf and can also be productive and committed workers.
