IQ and technical skills are important, but emotional intelligence is also of great value in the workforce. At ISCOS, we believe that acquiring soft skills such as interaction skills, team spirit and emotional maturity can greatly facilitate our members’ reintegration process. So what better way to inculcate these skills than by setting up an ISCOS Football Club (IFC) specially for members?

Being a rich training ground not only in sports but also lessons in life, the IFC aims to provide our members an environment conducive for building self-confidence, professionalism and discipline. Today, we are very proud of the ISCOS Football Club (IFC) not only for winning local competitions but mainly for facilitating character change among the players.
