Connect Centre Pte Ltd

In conjunction with Singapore Prison Service and Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE), Connect Centre was set up to be the first call centre to operate within prison grounds in Southeast Asia. It aims to cultivate social values in offenders, equipping them with useful vocational skills. Inmates in Connect Centre are trained with telephone ethics and conversational techniques, distress call handling and customer service skills. Apart from its restricted boundaries, the capabilities of this call centre remain unchanged.

As a social enterprise, we hope to encourage the community to embrace the idea of creating meaningful work opportunities for rehabilitated offenders thereby facilitating their reintegration into society upon release from prison.

At Connect Centre, we deliver value-added customer service with a high level of operational expertise and our establishment also acts as a social enterprise to provide offenders with new skills and knowledge through positive work ethics.
