On 22 November 2020, 17 ISCOS members, families and staff came together to join the community efforts in beach cleaning at East Coast Park. After the briefing, we split into smaller groups to cover different sections of the beach – besides being a good workout, it was a great opportunity to do our part in keeping our parks and beaches clean. We were motivated further when members of the public came up to thank us for helping to keep our beaches and parks clean!

This being the first face-to-face event in a long while, it was a great time to catch up with our support group regulars. Some of them took leave from work specially to join us in this beach cleaning exercise, while others even brought their families to participate in this meaningful activity. Kudos to them for making the effort!
