Every year, our beneficiaries have always looked forward to the annual Family Day, our signature event where families come together to have fun and spend quality time together. Since we were not able to physically meet in a big group this year, we decided to bring Family Day to their homes!
On 26 July 2020, more than 300 participants (80 families) eagerly participated in the activities held on Zoom as part of our very first Virtual Family Day – this included quizzes, tote bag painting and clay making. Families with the best-looking tote bag designs aligned with this year’s theme, “Dreams”, won great prizes too! To top it all off, the family members continued to bond over food at the end of the virtual session, enjoying the mini buffet sets that were delivered to every family’s home.
