On 21 December 2020, we held our bi-annual Fireside chat via Zoom with 32 ISCOS members to catch up with them and share updates for the coming year. We also had a frank and honest conversation about how 2020 had been a different kind of year, and the impact of the pandemic on their lives.

Many shared that despite the challenges of facing pay cuts and loss of income, they remained positive to soldier on. Some even stepped up to encourage affected family member and friends, showing mutual support and solidarity during such difficult times. Overall, we are heartened to see the determination and drive among our members towards making 2021 a better year.
