On 3 August 2017, we had a briefing specially arranged for our members to find out more about the Professional Diploma courses under the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework.

During this session, members are briefed about the Professional Diploma in Leadership and People Management (WSQ Level 4) and its various modules such as innovations, capability development and others. This is a general diploma which can be applied to different kinds of jobs for career advancement to a supervisory position. By tapping on government funding and training subsidies under the ISCOS’ Skills Assistance Subsidy Scheme (SASS), eligible members may apply for the course for as low as $50! The responses were overwhelming and we are happy to see over 30 members signing up on the day itself.
