The Yellow Ribbon Fund (YRF) now supports the YRF-ISCOS Fairy Godparent Programme (FGP). FGP is an enhanced children’s education and family support initiative of ISCOS which helps ex-offenders’ children achieve a sound education and acquire positive life values.
“We are grateful to YRF for supporting FGP. This is a significant milestone for ISCOS and we are excited to work closely with Mr Phillip Tan, YRF Chairman and his team to achieve the same objective of helping ex-offenders and their family members,” said Mr Vernon Khoo, ISCOS Chairman.
On 20th July, more than $100,000 was raised at the YRF Gala Dinner to support the YRF-ISCOS FGP. Benefactors like NTUC FairPrice Foundation, LHi Technology, Pon Asia, Sembcorp Industries, Chua Chuan Leong Contractors, Trussco, Certis Cisco and other individuals had donated generously to this initiative.
Other donors had also pledged their support. They are: StarHub, Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow, REACH Community Services Society, T-Touch, Yow Cheong Pte Ltd, Tan Chin Tuan Foundation, Esun International Pte Ltd and others.
